With a PhD from IIES 2003, Harstad taught at MEDS/Kellogg 2004-12, was chaired in 2010, received an ERC Starting grant 2012 and a Consolidator grant 2016. He is an associate at TSE and Frisch centre and a co-editor of JEEA
