About the network
Oil and gas shapes Norwegian society in significant ways, and the future of oil is an increasingly contested topic of debate in light of climate change.
The research network "Oil and society" brings together researchers across disciplines, with a common interest in questions about oil and how it influences our society and culture.
The aim is to exchange knowledge about ongoing work, bring in new perspectives and facilitate increased cooperation across university departments.
