Presentations from the seminar:

Is public spending compatible with long-term sustainability and the fiscal rule at a time when defence and support for Ukraine are high priorities? Are the ambitions for an active industrial policy still strong? The “Norway price” (Norgespris) – will there be measures that preserve the price signal? What will happen to tax policy while awaiting a possible tax agreement?

These are among the topics that researchers at Norwegian Fiscal Studies and the Department of Economics at the University of Oslo will address at this year’s breakfast seminar on the national budget.
