About the project
TIK particpated together with a large number of organisations all over Europe. The scientifically responsible at TIK was Professor Jan Fagerberg.
The central research objective was to adress in a comprehensive and methodologically coherent way some of the core driving forces of innovation, competitiveness, employment and growth in the contemporary European economy. Within MICRO-DYN, TIK coordinated a workpackage on innovation activities in firms exploiting, in particular, data from the Community Innovation Surveys (CIS). Bart Verspagen was the coordinator of this workpackage.
