Event support
Certain annual events organised by the Studies Section are aimed at students and are therefore part of EILIN’s regular activities.
For the use of student assistants from EILIN for other purposes, such as events and conferences, a request must be sent to eilin-kontakt@sv.uio.no.
We recommend contacting us during the planning phase, and no later than 4 weeks before the event. For events held between semesters, we must be notified at least 8 weeks in advance.
Support for this type of event involves internal charging for the use of learning assistants and the coordinator. The decision to provide support is made by the Director of Studies.
