You can choose between:

  • PC 1 or PC 2

Using the monitors (Monitor L and Monitor R)

You can choose what to show on each monitor.
Monitor L and Monitor R have the same display options:

  • PC 1
  • PC 2
  • Laptop
  • Doc. Cam

Recommendation:

If you share the document camera with students, we recommend also showing it on Monitor R. This gives the lecturer better control of what is shown to the audience.

Blinds – the curtains are operated manually.

Important: IT is still working on enabling microphone adjustment via the control panel.

From this menu, you can adjust and mute the level of one or all microphones. Use "+" to increase the volume, "-" to decrease it, and "Mute" to turn the sound off.

The black dot at the top of each microphone turns green when the microphone registers sound.

Controlling the cameras (Camera)

The room has two cameras, both of which can be controlled and used as sources on the built-in PC or on a connected laptop via USB-C.

Start by selecting the camera you want to control (Front or Back). A preview of the selected camera is shown in the top left corner.

The buttons in the "Preset" group let you choose between different predefined views, and you can save your own setup by holding the "Custom" button for three seconds. The cameras also have an auto-tracking function that can be turned on and off with the top button labelled "Auto Tracking". When this is enabled, the camera will first move to the lectern and then automatically follow the person in the frame. Tip: make sure you are alone in the frame when you switch this function on.

To zoom, pan or tilt the selected camera, use the "Control" buttons on the right-hand side.
