Kerstin Sandell is professor in Gender Studies at Urban Studies, Malmö University. She is a guest researcher at the TIK Centre during the autumn semester 2026.
During her stay at TIK, Sandell is writing a book about the design of instruments for Large Scale Research Facilities. Her cases are two facilities in Lund, Sweden - ESS (European Spallation Source) and MAX IV, a synchrotron research facility.
