This workshop offers insights into the more concealed mechanisms and stages of transformation and on how to detect and overcome hidden immunities to change and adaptive pushback in yourself and others. It provides the kind of experiential clarity you need in order to coherently be able to promote and lead transformation in the global collectives.
If we see transformative change as a necessary response to global climate change, we have to know this process intimately - how it unfolds in stages, how resistances prevent change, what it needs to overcome escape mechanisms and how to handle systemic adaptive pushback.
The workshop is delivered by a team of international professionals in the field of transformation and leadership development: Abigail Lynam, Geoff Fitch and Anne Caspari.
The workshop will be held at the University of Oslo and requires a commitment of one full day (9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m) on Saturday, June 22, and for this there is a participation fee of NOK 1 750 (230 Euro).
