About the workshop

Only by knowing transformation from the inside-out can we work authentically with others to successfully design and lead transformative global change initiatives.

This one-day intensive workshop will lead participants into experiencing transformative processes first hand and head-on. It focuses on the mechanisms of change, including how our individual and collective beliefs can create immunities to change that can sabotage well-intentioned efforts to make a difference.

In this workshop we will look at how our evolving worldviews frame the problem in need of transformation, how to shift polarized perspectives, and unlock movement towards solutions. Other expected results include insights into personal recurring patterns and on how to restructure seemingly fixed conditions.

The links between personal and global transformation, and leadership, become clear.

Transformation in theory sounds easy and
straightforward; in practice it is often a bit
messy, calling for both creativity and
experimentation.
