Geoff Fitch is founder and co-creator of the internationally acclaimed program on conscious planetary leadership at Pacific Integral, where he has supported hundreds of individuals to deeper awareness, presence and expression in their lives.
Geoff is a coach, trainer, and facilitator of transformative growth in individuals and organizations, and has been facilitating transformative retreat experiences worldwide for the past ten years. He has been studying and practicing diverse approaches to cultivating higher human potentials for twenty years, including somatic and transpersonal psychology, mystical traditions, innovation and creativity, leadership, integral theory, and collective intelligence.
Geoff also has twenty years experience in leadership in business. He holds a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University and B.S. in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from Boston University, and has additional studies jazz music, philosophy, and management.
Abigail has 20 years of experience in sustainability education and leadership development. She has an MS in Ecology and Environmental Studies and is in the research and dissertation phase of a doctorate in Sustainability Leadership Development.
She taught for several graduate and undergraduate programs including Lesley University’s Ecological Teaching and Learning Master of Science program, University of Massachusett’s Integral Sustainability in India program, and the Audubon Expedition Institute’s graduate and undergraduate environmental leadership development program. She currently teaches at Antioch University in Seattle and Prescott College in Arizona.
Her current passion is transformative leadership development, exploring the interconnections between personal development and global leadership. She is a director with Next Step Integral and assistant faculty for Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change leadership development program.
Anne Caspari holds an MSc in Environmental Planning from Hannover University, Germany. She has since worked in the field of landscape ecology, strategic environmental planning and sustainability in many international projects.
A research into systemic adaptive push back phenomena and “immunities to change” in both personal and professional projects led to an intense work on adult development, leadership and transformative processes.
She now combines 20 years of sustainability experience with over a decade of work on change management and applies this on complex multi-stakeholder projects throughout the EU and beyond, mostly within the global change/climate change agenda (www.mindshift-integral.com).
She taught MBA/MSc Courses in the field of Sustainability, Business Ethics and Leadership at various universities in Rome, London and Bonn, and has designed, led and facilitated transformational workshops and value trainings worldwide for private and corporate clients, NGOs and institutions.
She currently operates from Basel, Switzerland on the development of value driven business meshworks and has recently co-founded a company dealing with generative systems design promoting transformation and collaborative processes.
