Prosjektforum - projects in collaboration with engaged students
The modern workplace is characterized by complex and pervasive processes of change. In the modern workplace flexibility and open process-oriented forms of organization and management are essential. Through prosjektforum, engaged, knowledgeable, and curious students contribute with a fresh perspective on your organization.
Prosjektforum is part of the master's program in organisasjon, ledelse og arbeid at UiO. Master's students collaborate on assignments to solve interdisciplinary projects in mapping, analysis, and development.
The project assignments we undertake range from analysis of reorganization and restructuring, through assessments of the work environment and absenteeism, to the development of competence plans and evaluation of leadership programs.
The students at Prosjektforum have knowledge about the diversity within the field of organization and leadership, with specialization in organizational design, communication, leadership, technology, and sustainability, and can therefore help shed new light on the current issues facing your organization.
Prosjektforum has a strong academic environment that supports the project groups through teaching and guidance.
How does it work?
- An interdisciplinary student group of five to seven students work on a project that benefits your organization.
- The project lasts from the beginning of the semester (mid-January/August) and is delivered at the end of the semester (early June/December).
- The report will be approximately 30-50 pages long.
- The students will receive solid academic support from a supervisor with extensive expertise specifically suited for the task, and through a tailored series of lectures
What does your organization do?
- Prepares a project mandate (max. two pages).
- Pays a project fee of NOK 28,000 + VAT.
- Appoints a contact person in the organization who can follow up the students.
- Provides spaces for the students in the organization.
- Arranges a meeting for the presentation of the report that the students have prepared
