Administrative support of projects funded by the Research Council of Norway. Budgeting and reporting in collaboration with project coordinator and project controller. Organization of academic conferences, seminars and workshops. Administrative support for publication in ARENA's working paper and report series, books and scientific journals, Open Access. Contact point for NVA. Data management and protection in research projects. Support and assistance to guest researchers. Organization of research assistance. Safety delegate.
Background
Janna van Diepen has a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University, an MSc in Political Science and International Relations from Leiden University, and an MA in Peace and Security Policy Studies from Hamburg University. As a part of her Bachelor degree, she spent a semester at Yeditepe University Istanbul, and as part of her Master degree she worked as a trainee at the Cabinet of the President of the European Council in Brussels. She has also worked as a journalist at a daily newspaper and as an international policy adviser in public administration, both in Germany.
