About the project
The PhD research project "Environment as Data" is about the ways in which remote sensing techniques reorganize environmental experiences and concerns with the past and predicted impacts of human activities and infrastructure in Artic and Sub-Artic wildlife.
The research builds on theories and methods from Science and Technology Studies, and is developed through ethnography and practice-oriented document analysis in collaboration with Ecologists in Norway and in Sweden.
