New in OSIRIS: Silje M. Tellmann and Gry C. Høiland

OSIRIS is happy to welcome two new team members: Postdoctoral fellow Silje M. Tellmann and researcher Gry C. Høiland

Silje Maria Tellmann

Silje Maria Tellmann holds a PhD from OsloMet - Oslo Metropolitan University, with a dissertation titled "Experts in public policymaking: Influential, yet constrained”. She has research experience from The Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU).

Silje joined the OSIRIS team in august 2018 as postdoctoral fellow.

 

"I have been interested in the impact of research on society for a long time, so when a centre for impact studies was organized at TIK it was a unique opportunity for me. I am particularly interested in the fact that OSIRIS also looks at impact from the viewpoint of the users." - Silje Maria Tellmann

 

Gry Cecilie Høiland

Gry Cecilie Høiland defends her PhD thesis titled  «Frontline policy implementation in public organizations. A sociological analysis of the ‘how and why’ of implementation gaps» at the University of Stavanger in 2018. She will continue her work in an OSIRIS researcher position financed by NAV (The Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration).

Gry joined the OSIRIS team in september 2018 as a researcher.
