I work at the intersection of philosophy, Science and Technology Studies, environmental humanities and animal studies. I am currently a researcher at the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Culture at the University of Oslo, where I conduct research on living architectures and microbial metabolsim and develop participatory research and prototyping methodologies as part of the FUNGATERIA project. As a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Oslo, I previously investigated the resurgence and contemporary uses of fallowing and fallowed land in agricultural policy and scientific research as sites of new bio-and cosmopolitical articulations. My previous research explores the speculative and neoliberal aspects of conservationist interventions, such as assisted migration, assisted evolution, and crop wild relative breeding.
My academic and creative work has been published in Cultural Studies Review, Fieldsights, edited volumes with Routledge and Ohio University Press, and creative writing outlets such as NebulX, Memori, and Plant Magic.
