Academic interests
Among Bartosz's academic interests are EU security and foreign policy, hybrid threats, and democratic backsliding. He has previously written on how violent crime shapes state behaviour in terms of the violation of personal integrity rights and how this might have been exploited by illiberal political elites, in the period 1980-2022.
