I am the department’s front desk officer. The duty requires appropriate guidance and customer friendly service to everyone. Clerical work involves writing basic student status letters (not bachelor), sorting daily mail, distributing email messages, ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
I am engaged in administrative duties. My areas of responsibilities: curriculum management, postal service, and tracking office supply inventory.
Administrative duties include area of employee onboarding, timesheet/work duty account, and procurement process.
My administrative skills include event coordination, travel arrangements, and reimbursements. Responsibility: Departmental seminar series 2009-2019, the annual forest trip for bachelor students. Employment history: Research administration 1989-2008 Work Research Institute AFI.
