Faglige interesser
Jeg forsker på kognitiv psykologi, med vekt på hukommelse. I tillegg til lab-basert forskning på grunnleggende kognitiv funksjon, anvender jeg eksperimentelle metoder i diverse hverdagslige sammenhenger.
Aktuelle prosjekter undersøker forholdet mellom kognisjon og emosjon: I laben studeres det hvordan emosjoner påvirker standarde kognitive fenomener, som er blitt oppdaget med nøytral materiale.
Andre prosjekter undersøker de kognitive konsekvensene av traume-eksponering, med ofre for overgrep, og med mennesker som er blitt utsatt for krig.
