Systems Neuropsychiatric Disorders
Neuropsychiatric traits and disorders are the consequence of individual variations across organismal levels, socio-economic variables and over time. To bridge and gain knowledge on the underpinnings for such traits systemic approaches are needed. Currently, I research on integrating and modeling data across multiple levels, including genetics, epigenetics, proteomics, commensal microbiome, imaging and socio-economical factors.
