Systems Neuropsychiatric Disorders
Neuropsychiatric traits and disorders arise from complex interactions between biological systems, socio-economic factors, and temporal dynamics. Understanding the underpinnings of these traits requires systemic, integrative approaches that transcend traditional single-level analyses. My research focuses on bridging these dimensions by integrating and modeling data across multiple levels, including genetics, epigenetics, proteomics, the commensal microbiome, imaging, and socio-economic factors. This comprehensive approach aims to unravel the intricate networks driving individual variability in neuropsychiatric outcomes.
