Project
Marianne Therese is a qualitative postdoctoral researcher at The Mind-body Lab, where she is part of a group researching the development of long-term pain and fatigue after breast cancer surgery, and the preventive potential of hypnosis and eHealth, ACT-based therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). She will use qualitative interviews and diaries to look at how certain thought patterns may be related to pain and fatigue. She has a PhD in eHealth based behaviour change and the e-alliance, was responsible for the content development of the "robot psychologist" Endre and contributes to several eHealth projects.
Funding
2020: Funding received from the Norwegian Research Council: Preventing an Opioid Epidemic In Norway- focusing on Treatment of chronic pain (POINT). Role: Leader of work package. 16 millions NOK.
