Academic interests
Coordinating and distributing resources, rights and duties lies at the core of human cooperation, competition and politics. I study how infants and young children understand who will win conflicts and who will get what when resources are distributed, and the early-developing motives that guide how we navigate such situations. I also study how these intuitions and motives operate across the lifespan and how they relate to political attitudes among adults.
My PhD project is part of the ERC-funded project COORDINATE, led by Professor Lotte Thomsen at the University of Oslo.
