Academic interests

My research focuses on digital interventions to prevent relapses to depression and/or anxiety disorders in young people. My main research interests lie in transdiagnostic factors across mental health problems, and how we can use these factors as targets in non-pharmacological interventions, especially digital psychological interventions.

  • Digital interventions
  • Transdiagnostic processes in mental health
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Sleep and circadian function
  • Dissemination and implementation
