Karin Fossheim: Representing citizens’ interests in climate, energy, and urban development politics
This seminar focuses on political representation in climate and energy politics, particularly representation by non-state actors such as climate activists, environmental interest groups, and experts. It also addresses the potential for these representatives to gain citizens’ acceptance, also known as legitimacy, without the use of elections.
