On the 5th of may Global Trout member Knut G Nustad held a lecture about the Global Trout project at the Stellenbosch Centre for Advanced Studies. In the lecture he explained the Global Trout project to a larger audience with special emphasis on how the South Africa part of the project uses trout histories to intervene in debates about domestication/wildness, conservation/aliens, science/coloniality and properties/property.
