A few colleagues gathered to discuss the first complete draft of Alessandro's book manuscript, which was circulated beforehand. The book starts with Alessandro's early fieldwork in China and then travels, following amber, to a few key places around the work: the Baltic coast, Bitterfeld, Sicily, and Chiapas. The workshop was a unique opportunity to discuss the manuscript, and for Alessandro to gather important feedback as he tries to finalise it.
