PhD project
I am a PhD candidate at the Norwegian Police University College (Politihøgskolen) and an externally funded PhD candidate at the Department of Psychology.
As part of a European research project, my PhD project explores how organisational structures and processes, communication, and interaction impact the investigation of digital evidence, and how these factors can contribute to a context for biased and erroneous decisions. The project's aim is to reduce the contextual risk for bias and error, thereby improving quality and reliability of investigations involving digital evidence.
Funding
My PhD project is funded by Horizon Europe and is part of a larger research project titled "Building clarity and preventing bias in digital forensic examination, interorganisational communication and interaction" (CLARUS).
