Project
My PhD is part of the project “Personalized treatment and a new understanding of psychological disorders: a complex system approach.” The project investigates how mental disorders develop and change over time in clinical populations.
A central part of the project is the use of frequent assessments of thoughts, emotions, and behavior in everyday life. The data are used to develop individual symptom networks and feedback tools that patients and therapists can use together to tailor treatment.
The aim is to identify key mechanisms of change and to develop tools for personalized feedback and treatment.
