Mandate
The nominee could be either an individual or a group who has contributed to fostering a good work environment, fellowship, a sense of belonging, and a sense of community among PSI employees. The contributions can vary widely in form, content, and purpose and may be geared towards small and large groups. Contributions that span across departments will be considered favourably.

Who can be nominated?
All employees of PSI.
Who will evaluate the nominations?
The evaluators are the members of the Executive Working Committee, who the head of departmental sections/centres may also support. Rules on Conflict of Interest apply. The decision and the basis for the decision will be announced before Christmas. The award may not be granted every year.
