This project explores how Norwegian social movements negotiate expectations of who holds crucial duties, addressing broader societal debates about the organization of care and the distribution of rights and responsibilities within a welfare state influenced by neoliberal ideals. It is part of the larger project, "CO-DUTIES: Democratic Duties, Collective Action, and the Greater Good after COVID-19" at PRIO.
