Responsibilities
The Administrative Head of Department is responsible for all practical matters regarding the Department, including budgeting, allocation of financial resources, and HR, recruitment and contact with union organizations. The Administrative Head is a member of the Department's and the Faculty's management team. She is responsible for preparing all materials to be voted on in departmental board meetings and for ensuring that the Department's, as well as other governing bodies', regulations and resolutions are enforced.
