Get to know Oslo through Studentslippet! Enjoy fun activities all over the city - for free! 

Use your time as a student for more than just studies – find your thing among Oslo’s 450 student associations!

Celebrate the final night of the Orientation Week with the rest of the freshmen! You will get more information about where to meet from your buddies at the start of the Orientation Week.

Your buddies will take you on a boat trip to some of the islands in the Oslofjord (Hovedøya > Gressholmen > Langøyene) 

Have you ever sung karaoke with a LIVE BAND? 🎤

On Thursday, August 13th, SiO invites you to a musical evening with music bingo in the middle of Frederikkeplassen at UiO!

For the sake of balance, we will enjoy the middle of the week without alchol

You will have time to go home to change, relax and eat after buddy games

All of us will compete in a set of games!

This event is aimed towards all students exchanging through the Erasmus+ program, and that need our signature for their Certificate of Arrival.

Is your buddy group the smartest?

Who are these Norwegians? Why are they so strange? And how is the best way to get by living in Norway?

It's game time! We are ready and setting up popular board games like Codenames, Ticket to Ride, Saboteur, and Uno, not to mention Mario Kart on the Switch 2.

We take you on a relaxing walk around Sognsvann! Afterwards, we'll go to the Frederikke Tent at campus!

We spend the late afternoon exploring the campus! Meet up in front of Eilert Sundt hus!

Blindern Jazzklubb invites you to an open jazz jam for new (and returning) students!

There will be fun games at U1. 

17:00-19:00: Half the group will be at U1, the other group will hang out and eat pizza

19:00-21:00: We simply rotate the groups

The University of Oslo greets all new students with a traditional ceremony at the University Square

After the introduction, we will gather outside "Eilert Sundts hus" for some ice-breaker games!
