Erik Tornes has many years of experience helping academics and others communicate their message to a wider public. In this course he we will share his best tips on how to shape an op-ed. He will also advise on timing – when to pitch your piece.

One advantage of writing an op-ed is that you remain in control of your message. Many academics who have attended his courses have subsequently published op-eds in Aftenposten and other media.

There will be time for questions after the presentation. The crash course is open for all academic staff.

Coffee and cardamom buns will be served from 08:45.
