- Purchasing for Faculty of Social Sciences through our procurement system and following the whole process from requirement to remittance (RtR) for the department's operations
- Following up the procurement procedures, contributing to further development of the faculty's purchasing organisation and purchasing routines, as well as raising awareness of the procurement regulations among relevant employee groups
- Conducting tendering processes in accordance with the Act on public procurements
- Procurement follow-up of the faculty's end users and other purchasers
- Super user in UiO's purchasing system, functions as a support function for the departments end users and other purchasers.
- Participates in establishing framework agreements in collaboration with UiO's Section for purchasing
- Link between the professional environments and UiO's other expertise environment for acquisitions.
- Reference group RtR at Section for purchasing (SI)
- Process advisor on the RtR team SI
