The Ph.D. thesis analyzed micro-entrepreneurial practices, the negotiation of values, and animistic ontology in a semi-formal economy in the city of Cusco, Peru.

The current post.doc-project has the title "Overheating in the Andes: global connections and local articulations of climate change, capitalism and cosmopolitics", and it seeks to explore the intersections of climate change, economic politics, and identity formations in the Peruvian Andes.
