Årets pris ble utdelt på juleseminaret på Soria Moria. Prisvinnerne har alle brukt sosiale medier som Twitter til å formidle forskningen sin.
I begrunnelsen står det:
"They are young, they are influencers and they use social media to promote psychological research of their own, their staff members and peers around the world, within the field of cognitive neuroscience. But they also use social media to get feedback and to improve. This spirit of openness to positive or negative feedback is really what we celebrate here today.
The winners of the communication prize 2019 goes to @DrMowinckels(Athanasia Monika Mowinckel), @sirileknes (Siri Graff Leknes), @CTamnes (Christian Krog Tamnes) og @larswestlye (Lars Tjelta Westlye)."
