Academic interests

  • Cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience.

  • Ongoing empirical projects focus on basic mechanisms of visual information processing, attention and memory, and the applied aspects of cognition studied in the context of eyewitness testimony.

  • Additional professional interests include art and pictorial perception, and the application of visual science to design and visual communication.
