Higher education and employment history

I am a clinical psychologist from the University of Oslo, where I also defended my PhD-degree "Emotional problems in childhood and adolescence: Predictors, pathways and undelying structure".

I have experience as a clinical psychologist working with children and adolescents at Ullevål BUPA and at the section for infants and toddlers at Nic Waals Institute (CAP).

Further, I have worked as a researcher at the Department of Research at R-BUP, Region Øst og Sør, and as a researcher and deputy director at the Department for Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Division of Mental Health, Norwegian Institute of Public Health.

I am currently working with, and have earlier been the project manager of, The TOPP Study, a longitudinal study investigating developmental pathways to both mental health problems and good mental health among children and their families. The study has followed the families from their children were 1.5 years to 19 years old.
