Overdreven kjøttforbruk i velstående samfunn er en global bærekraftutfordring. Men kjøttforbruksmønstre viser seg å være svært vanskelig å endre. I Norge, hvor kjøtt er et omstridt og polariserende tema, ser vi at en økende andel av befolkningen aksepterer ideen om å redusere kjøttinntaket. Likevel synker ikke forbruket. I dette foredraget vil Arve Hansen diskutere hvorfor kjøttforbruksmønstret i Norge er slik, samt psykologiske og sosiomaterielle tilnærminger til hvordan vi kan redusere kjøttforbruk.
