Trial Lecture

Title: "The relationship between the autonomy argument and the expressive value argument for the Beneficiary Pays Principle (BPP): Do these arguments apply to different types of benefit from wrongdoing, or different types of beneficiaries? Does one argument lead to the other? Do they differ when it comes to the duty that is placed on beneficiaries and bystanders?"
