Per Gunnar Røe: "Urban and Regional Planning under the Pandemic: The Case of Oslo"

In this book chapter Per Gunnar Røe explores the relation between the pandemic and low-income status in Oslo and argues that social inequality, rather than density and public transport use, is most associated with contagion.
