Prizes to ESOP affiliates

The Scandinavian Journal of Economics Choice for best paper in 2015 and The third Sören Wibe Prize have been awarded ESOP affiliates.

The editor's choice for the best paper of 2015 is "Causal Effects of Paternity Leave on Children and Parents" by Sara Cools, Jon H. Fiva and Lars Johannessen Kirkebøen.

The Sören Wibe Prize

The article "Faustmann and the climate" by Michael Hoel, Bjart Holtsmark and Katinka Holtsmark, published in JFE 20 (2014):192-210 has been selected to receive the third Sören Wibe Prize. The Sören Wibe Prize is awarded biannually to a paper that presents considerable development in empirical knowledge or methodology in the field of forest economics and is published in the Journal of Forest Economics during the two preceding years.

ESOP congratulates all winners and especially ESOP affiliates Sara Cools, jon H. Fiva, Michael Hoel and Katinka Holtsmark.
