PhD Course in Public Economics
Attila Lindner, assistant professor at The University College London, will hold a course for Ph. D. students in public economics with the title "Methods and Applications in Public Economics and Labor Economics".
The course will cover material on labor income taxation, social insurance and minimum wages. Besides introducing these topics the course aims to teach application of basic empirical methods in applied economics such as regression analysis, difference-in-differences, regression discountinity, and generalized method of moments.
