Job talk. Kasper Kragh-Sørensen is a PhD student at the Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES), Stockholm University. He will present the paper: "Optimal Property Taxation"

Til våren legger regjeringen frem en ny perspektivmelding. Den vil som alle tidligere perspektivmeldinger trolig vise at vi har et inndekningsbehov frem i tid. Vi må arbeide mer, bruke mindre, og/eller øke skatteinntektene. Samtidig ser vi at skattegrunnlagene blir mer mobile, mens fremveksten av teknologigiganter utfordrer de tradisjonelle skatteregimene.

In 2019 it is 50 years and 30 years respectively since Ragnar Frisch and Trygve Haavelmo received The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel. The Department of Economics and the Faculty of Social Sciences invite to a celebration.
