The conference brought together NORTIA's members for the annual research and teaching exchange on European foreign policy.
ARENA researcher Helene Sjursen organised the conference's research workshop, "EU foreign policy in a contested international environment". The workshop dealt with subjects such as EU's policy responses in contested regimes, climate diplomacy, and EU policy after Brexit.
The conference also features a teaching workshop, 'Bridging the practice-learning nexus in EU foreign affairs', organised by Karolina Pomorska (Leiden University)
