Bakgrunn
Bleskestad holds a Cand.polit. degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo. She worked at the Project Forum from 1990 to 1999 where she also received formal training in project organization and management. Bleskestad came to work at the TIK Centre in 1999.
