Priyanka Chakravarty is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo. Her doctoral research explores the rights discourse in India, with a focus on Right to Public Services Legislations. Her PhD is part of the project Democracy, Welfare and Development: Indian and Scandinavian Experiences, being conducted in cooperation with Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
