Lynn Rosentrater

Faglige interesser

Lynns forskning fokuserer på tilpasning til klimaendringer. Hun har spesialisert seg på bruk av geografiske informasjonssystemer (GIS) og hvordan de kan brukes til å støtte analytisk og deliberativ arbeid i romlige beslutningsprosesser. Spesifikke temaer er:

  • Konsekvenser av klimaendringer
  • Sårbarhet og tilpasning
  • Globale miljøendringer
  • Menneskelig sikkerhet

  • MS i Geografi fra University of Oregon, 1997. Fagområder: klima, økologisk modellering, langtids økologisk forskning. Avhandling: The Thermal Climate of the H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest, Oregon.
  • BS i Geografi fra University of Oregon, 1992. Fagområder: natur- og ressursgeografi, og geomatikk med vekt på GIS, fjernanalyse, landmåling, og romlig analyse.
