Expertice and competence

Linda Sygna has been working in the climate change field for more than 15 years. Her research has focused on the social and human dimensions of climate change, with particular emphasis on adaptation and transformations towards sustainability.  She has been involved in the work of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change since 2008 and the Global Change Programmes, now including Future Earth

She has experience in organizing innovative projects and events, including successful international conferences, preparing research proposals, and managing projects. She has extensive networks in Norway and internationally, and is familiar with international research processes.
