Courses and seminars

The two most important courses offered at the faculty are the compulsory course in the philosophy of and methodology of the social sciences (with research ethics) and the Oslo Summer School in Comparative Social Sciences.
The faculty also administrates the researcher course portal (Forskerkursportalen) which aims to always provide an updated list of courses being offered at UiO and other universities/institutions in Norway that offer researcher courses.
- The Philosophy and Methodology of the Social Sciences (SV9101)
- Research Ethics (SV9102)
